The Guardian is our basic monthly protection pack. This package includes the following:
We will install Genie Backup and configure it for you. You can use this software to perform on site backups to your own media and to utilize the 2 gig of online storage provided to you.
To finish off this plan you are provided with 30 minutes of included tech support each month. This can be used as you need it. In addition to these included minutes you will receive an additional 20% discount on all of our other offered services.
This plan requires a 12 month commitment and an $89.99 setup fee which includes the first month of service.

The Guardian Plus plan combines the monthly security of the Guardian plan plus the added storage of the Monthly Backup Plan.

Our pay as you go support is charged at $1.25 per minute or $75.00 per hour. It is better to purchase your support in Value Pack blocks. We offer the following value pack options:

2 hours $130.00 save $ 20.00
3 hours $175.00 save $ 50.00
6 hours $240.00 save $210.00
10 hours $450.00 save $300.00
The time purchased in a value pack can be used all at once or used over a 24 month period. You will recieve an update of time remaining after each session. After an intial diagnosis our technicians may recommend a particular pack based on an estimated time to complete a task. Value Packs must be arranged for and purchased in advance or you will be charged at the base rate of $1.25/min.
